I would assume that dying would lose your Devil Fruit. Since it'll respawn in the world after the death of its holder. If that isn't the case, what would happen if you ate two devil fruits?
The Ope Ope no Mi was undoubtedly the best fruit for me since I was a doctor. With my immortality, there would certainly come a point where the people I come to care about would grow old and die. The Ope Ope no Mi is the solution to that. I can perform the immortality surgery on them, which has the cost of the life of the user, but since I would resurrect, no worries for me there.

Is this the 1st chapter where the crystal imperium is officially known to the world In some form? Because I feel like I might have accidentally skipped the chapter or forgot it between the random mission and gacha chapters.
I don't know if it's because the continuous use of cliffhangers but this chapter felt very short
This is actually something I see brought up a lot in fan fiction where writers seem to think that orphanages are still around even though they technically haven't for decades in America. There is especially the common trope Of orphanages being run by a nun. All that being said I think this is one of the few situations where orphanages might actually still be relevant because this story is based in marvel. And im pretty sure marvel does still have orphanages as it seems like it's something that's mentioned in different plot lines Though usually for nefarious purposes such as hydra or others Nasty business.
Doing research for this chapter made me learn some fascinating stuff. Orphanages don't exist in the US and haven't since the 1960s. I didn't know this until now so I am just going to say that this version of the US has them. Also getting info on how many Orphans would live in an Orphanage is a bit tricky. So I went with children with no parents with a little more to account for things like Godzilla and the mystical side of the world. Rio has basically made a city that is for children and their caretakers. The next chapter is Gacha so give some suggestions. Lastly, where do you think Iroh would go visit?

Something about rebuilding the entire place in his image and uplifting it. How genuine that is, however, is another matter.
