NORMAL Juggernaut will de spawn - be called back into the dungeon once it completed it's task. Since this one was sent after Lucius and didn't kill him it sought to get stronger to do so, this caused a mutation much like the OeBD and posed a threat to EVERYTHING including the dungeon itself.
