The second has to be Hinata why should this be the case is simple because your readers can picture this and accept it. You can change her personality, and behavior, keep her mother alive. Creating an oc Hyuga just won't work. Plus why would you go through all the effort of creating an entire background when you the creator of this story that I'm excited for just change who hinata is simpler that way
