if you're going to a michelin in paris with small portions that means its fine dining which most likely means a good tasting menu. Probably 7 courses that should be a delight and if you have a small appetite should fill you up. If that didn't fill you up they have amazing chocolatiers, bakeries, and more rustic restaurants. Honestly while in France I ate light but I ate like 10 times a day lol.

sounds like friend in south carolina he loved hardy's/carl's breakfast biscuits with sausage egg and cheese and would put strawberry jelly on it. thought a lunch version with a meatloaf made from breakfast sausage patties would be good served with eggs and biscuits with strawberry jam. weirdly worked together... his dinner version with a dinner toll meatloaf and strawberry jam not as much i think the biscuit with its salty buttery flavor help contrast the sweet jam and bring it together with the meat.
"Sir, we have a meatloaf filled with strawberry jelly, a surprising contrast!" An elf, proud of their culinary invention, waiting for approval.

The lightning cloak of Kiba however was damn near impossible to use as while it functioned nearly identically to the Raikages lightning cloak jutsu in that it provided increased speed, reaction times, offensive capability and defensive capability it also shocked the ever loving hell out of me when I used it. I'm talking full blown high voltage full body taser kinda shocking which made my muscles spaz out and left me in agony. According to my sensei it was because my body unlike Kibas wasn't built to use the jutsu.

it's a full sprint back and forward over a given distance usually touching your hand to the ground at either end. the exercise is used to condition the body to sprint that distance when needed. So a tennis player may do suicides on half the court or to go further do full court which would be a different distance to say a basketball or football player. It's awful and vomit inducing and you feel like death right after every set, but then during a game you make a break for it with adrenaline pumping through you you don't feel as tired and can recover quicker than if you hadn't conditioned

I flew to the middle of mount Everest and then looked around until I found a huge boulder. Being this high up in freezing temps and high pressure made it a tough workout environment. Many people have been known to pass out at this height easily just by walking. The pressure affects your body making it feel heavier while it is also harder to breathe.
