Future and theoretical knowledge is one thing, but as much as the MC was a good scientist in his other life, and has an enhanced brain in this one, that doesn't make ninja war strategies (which is even more complex because of the super human factor) and kingdom building any easier. I don't want to be the boring one and discourage you, but maybe this story isn't for me, I don't want to see super babies commanding governance strategies, you set out to make a living world, and dude, this shit must be even more complex in Naruto, the ninja factor and chakra makes everything worse, because we have a myriad of great experienced players like konoha and the village of Earth, onoki didn't stay so long in power being dumb
