I would assume he has a Lum berry hidden in his mouth or something similar. I wouldn't put it past Alex to do something like that, especially against a ninja.
The yamanaka already destroyed both of their stamp papers with Body Possesion Jutsu. I think they're out at this point. Either than or they're gonna attack Takuma.
