"Halo?" Violet timidly called into the black hole, her voice echoed against the cave walls and returned back.

"Chimera won't answer you," Cassiel told her. He was standing behind her, amused by how she behaved when he finally took her to the lair.

"I know this! But it's a good manner to inform the homeowner before you step in!" She answered smugly. Because he was there to protect her, she confidently entered the den.

"Did you forget your promise already?" He grabbed her by the collar and pulled her back. "If you don't behave, I will carry you again!"

It was convenient since he could walk above the snow, and she didn't need to waste her strength. However, when she lets him touch her, his hands will move around and randomly grab her at the most embarrassing places, leading to the situations she would rather not repeat now.
