บท 468: Chapter 468: She Couldn’t Choose

Edie, instead of replying, she walked to him and punched him on his face directly.

"Ah! Why do you punch me?" He cried out.

"You know Laura came here today, don't you? You use me to protect yourself." she held the fist tightly.

Edie was right. Francies knew Laura would come here today. So he's been waiting here quite earlier. He planned to help her. But when he saw Edie's calmness, he got curious. He wanted to see how Edie solved this alone. So, instead of showing up immediately, he hid himself to observe and didn't show up until Edie won the battle.

He didn't expect Edie was such a smart girl that she realized this in seconds.

He touched his nose and forced a smile. He deserved this. He had to acknowledge that he was ridiculous just now.

He should have come out to help Edie.
