"I..." Eddie opened her mouth but could barely speak.

"You look reluctant," Stuart squinted his eyes dangerously at her. His vast body suddenly drew closer, and she shrank down into the sofa, then he took another step this time even faster. One of his hands was on the back of the couch, and the other was wrapped around her waist.

"Mrs. Yates, do you have any comments?" Stuart intentionally said the words, Mrs. Yates. Eddie looked into his deep, dark eyes, swallowed, and took a deep breath. She cleared her throat and decided to have a talk with Stuart, "I have a special job. You know that, and if you are married and everyone knows you are married, the media will have a field day with it. I won't be able to talk to my company about it. I don't want any special privileges because I am married to you."

Stuart said, "So it's just because of this?"

Eddie nodded and thought about it, "What did Stuart think that this would have no effect on her career?"
