In the void at the edge of the Sea, most of the factions had sent someone to observe the changes, and Luo Wei was standing in the void observing the situation underwater. She was not the only one, all other factions had also sent someone, since it had been some time since this situation was discovered, and no faction would miss out on a chance. If it was not suitable for the elder generation, then they would just send in their own juniors.

Even though the waters were seen as the Demon Domain, the land and water creatures did seem to have their own customs and did not get along well. It was not just them, in essence all the demon Domain, creatures had this aspect, and divided themselves based on clans.
