บท 154: Chapter 154: Reconciliation (part 1)

Wu Jinmai's POV

I suck my finger. I was thinking so much that I ended up cutting my finger instead. I checked it after.

I'm glad it's not deep. I continued chopping and endured the pain while cutting the chilies. I flip the fish and wait until it is completely fried.

I used the rest of the oil to sauté the ingredients. After putting them together, I put the lid on.

I cleaned the mess while waiting for my food to be cooked. I was cleaning the floor when the servants entered, holding the ingredients they picked in the garden.

"Your Highness?! What are you doing here?!" Guo Lin says. They heard the sound of the food I was cooking.

"Everyone, help us! The empress is missing, and—oh my! Your Highness!" Chen Da Xi roars.

He dashed toward my direction and embraced me. The servants grab the broom in my hand.

"Tell the Emperor that the empress is here!" Chen Da Xi says.
