บท 33: Beginning of a legend
Jake and his wives were sleeping on the bed, it was big and wide, so it can take them all.
Suddenly he opened his eyes and slowly got out of the bed without waking anyone up.
He got out of the room and went to his room and wore some clothes. He wore a black pants, black shirt and black sweater with a hoodie on the top.
He looked at the time on his phone and it was 00:00 which meant it was midnight.
Then opened the gallery and looked at a photo of him and his mom, Julia, they were smiling in the photo.
'I know that what I did to you was unfair, but I'm afraid of the future, I'm a human being after all and you are my mother and want you to be happy rather than live in sadness and suffer all your life like before.'
'I promise, when the time comes, I will give you your memories back. I know that I'm a hypocrite and scum to do that after what we did, but I don't want you to be like that, I love you as woman and I will always be.' Jake said inwardly with eyes filled with sadness.
He put the phone in his pocket and the hoodie on his head then went out of the apartment without anyone knowing, except and a little curious cat who followed behind him sneakily.
Jake didn't want to ride his car, so he called a taxi and got in.
"To Morchin district."
The driver looked at Jake through the front mirror "Are you sure, young man? , it's a dangerous place."
"I'm sure about what I said, sir."
"Then I won't ask further, but if anything happened, I'd not be responsible for it."
"Don't worry."
The diver didn't care anymore and drove on the road to Morchin district.

After half an hour they arrived and Jake paid the driver and got out of the car.
Morchin district is a place where all kinds of gangs roam around, crimes happen everywhere, even murders can happen and no one will care.
But also, it's the place where the black market exists, and this where Jake is heading to.
Jake walked in the district while observing everything around him carefully.
While walking, Jake noticed that some people were following him, but he only smiled and continued walking as if he didn't know anything.
Suddenly he turned left making the people who were following him hurry and turn left to catch him.
When they entered the alley where Jake entered, they didn't find anything.
"Where the fuck did he go?"
"I'm sure we were following him carefully without him noticing anything!"
"Anyway, let's go back, we will find him some way."
But when they were around to turn back they heard a sinister voice coming from somewhere in the alley.
"Oh so eager to leave, aren't you? , how about a cup of tea and chat a little?"
They didn't know where that voice came from? Or who is speaking.
Suddenly the one who seemed to be the leader of the bunch of thugs shouted:
"WHO ARE YOU PUNK? IF YOU ARE A MAN COME OUT AND FACE ME!"
"You want me to come out, so you can kill me?! How foolish. Only idiots will do that." Jake mocked.
The leader's face turned red from anger and veins appeared in his head as he felt humiliated in front of his group mates.
"If you didn't come out right now, we will find you and your family and kill them in front you!!"
"How will you find me if you don't even have my name or know my identity? , and you won't even have the chance to do it anyway, so you are just...wasting your time."
"Wha-"
Crack!
Thud!
Before he can say anything, he heard something crack behind him and fall on the ground, so he turned back to find one of his 'friends' on the ground with his neck broken.
'What happened just now, I couldn't see or hear anything, he didn't make any sound at all like ....a ghost'
Gulp!
The other thugs began to freak out when they saw one of their mates die like that.
The alley was dark so they didn't see anything, and they knew that their mate died when one of them used his phone's flashlight to lighten the place, but still it wasn't enough, and the other thugs didn't have the time to take out their phones because one by one they began to fall like a doll with its strings cut.
"Hey-"
Crack!
"Wha-"

"Hel-"
Crack!
"Ple-"
Crack!
Thud!
All of the thugs died with their necks broken before they have the chance to do anything.
The leader was shitting himself as he didn't know what happened at all, it was like death roaming around them.
All beings around the world and in existence fear nothing except the unknown, because they don't know anything about it.
Once you face the unknown, you have a very high chance of dying than living, and that's what is happening right now.
"P-p-please spare me, I-I've family I want to raise."
"But you threatened me and my family just minutes ago, what changed you now? ,
I know that you have a family, but did you think about those people you killed even once, did you think about their families and how will they live without the man who is the support of their lives! ,
I bet you didn't, and this, is just the payment for what you did and don't worry, your family will live good and sound after your death."
Click! Clack!
Click! Clack!
Suddenly the sounds of footsteps could be heard making the man quickly take out his phone and turn on the flashlight and point it forward.
When he did that he saw a terrifying figure in front of him, but because the flashlight was weak it couldn't reveal the whole figure, but what made him so afraid was those pair of glowing deep blue orbs that were looking at him as if death itself in front of him.
Gulp!
The man gulped down his saliva and began to shiver and tremble in fear to the point that he shit himself making a foul smell spread in the air.
Jake felt uncomfortable with the smell, so he immediately shot the man in the head after saying:
"May your soul shutter in the void"
Bang!
Thud!
The bullet penetrated the head perfectly going out of the other side.
Jake immediately erased any evidence that can lead to him and left the place leaving behind dead bodies scattered on the ground.
Suddenly a small white cat appeared after Jake had left with her eyes glowing.
'Hmmmm~ he did everything without leaving anything behind, and even made it like the leader killed them, although it's unbelievable, but it's possible when the place is dark that you can't see anything, even an inexperienced person can do that if he had the courage, let aside an experienced person like the leader.
Well done Jake, I'm impressed and you made me more curious about what you're hiding.'
Then the cat disappeared like a mirage as if she didn't exist in the first place.
This incident will be the beginning of a legend called "Death Scythe"
