บท 24: M.A.K.I.A

Returning to his previous expression, Michael looked at the previously on guard group who only started to relax when they noticed it was him. He watched at they walked over and started inspecting the truck with looks of awe adorning their faces causing him to grin as they appreciated his hard work

' this is a good feeling ' thought Michael only to be distracted by little Alice who started groaning in his arms as she started to stir awake making her presence known to the group before he could reply he felt a spear get pointed at his neck as several sets of malice appeared around him

Glancing around him, he watched as Yuuki, Shizuka, Saya, Saeko, Misuzu, Toshimi, Kyoko, Yumi ( Kawamoto ) , Tana ( Tanuichi ) and Rei who had her spear on his neck were giving him looks of disgust and maliciousness . Even Kohta looked at him guardedly causing his face to darken considerably causing Zeke to tremble and try to make himself as small as possible

" do you know the consequences of this joke " asked Michael calmly causing the group to grow tense as he only used this tone when he was training them before they gritted their teeth and nodded at each other

" Shizuka you're the fastest, we'll hold him of so you can get they little girl, if we survive we'll take her back to her parents " Yuuki ordered as she clenched the handles of her tonfas as she released their blades, hearing her the others got into their stances and readied their weapons causing Michael's face to start twitching in annoyance

Michael calmly threw Alice into the air causing the other's eyes to widen in surprise before they could even react all of the female's released a collective cry as they all held their asses with varying degrees of blushes while Kohta squealed as he rolled on the floor while holding his little brother as he shed manly tears

All while this was happening Michael had already caught Alice and was holding Zeke as he made his way back to the truck with a calm smile, only he knew how he cackled out internally as he started flexing his palm as if he was reminiscing

' tch ass people know what's going on ' thought Michael

Making his way through the rooms in the trailer he walked into the medical room, which was filled with medical equipment 50 years the minimum ahead of anything created right now, of course this was all made by yours truly

Michael put Alice on one the sick beds, before one of the pieces of equipment beside it moved and scanned her entire body as all her current information popped up on a tablet at the base of the bed.

' a bruised jaw and a minor concussion ' muttered Michael before he injected Alice with a low potency healing serum. He had already diagnosed her but he never had the chance to test out his machinery so why not use them now

Holding the tablet in his hand, he watched as the bruise disappeared as the serum started treating the symptoms of the concussion. Looking her over with his medical skill, Michael sighed in relief and made his way out of the room as the door closed behind him only to find the others exploring the trailer while they looked at him as if he was an animal

Chuckling at their impressions, he spoke

" follow. the stair case upstairs, get comfortable in the room I'll be there to talk to you in a minute " said Michael as everyone made their way upstairs, well after Kohta limped his way up before he followed behind them.

Walking into the room, he waited for everyone to take a seat as they admired their surroundings, we were inside but we could see everything that was happening around us like one big window

Sitting on the main seat Michael spread his arms as a grin appeared on his face

" welcome to the iron mammoth " said Michael only to receive silence in response before Saya spoke

" I assume this iron mammoth is this truck " asked Saya as he pushed her glasses unto her face as she sat back in her chair

" I'm insulted darling, the iron mammoth is so much more than a truck. You're looking at the most advanced technological build in this century " exclaimed Michael with a calm smile causing the others to give him confused looks

" I don't see it " replied replied Yuuki as she stared lovingly at Michael, she wouldn't question his words she just wanted him to look at her, causing Michael to flash her a grin causing her to smile brightly

" for starters, let's start with M.A.K.I.A or Michael's assistant know it all " said Michael as he suppressed a chuckle, before the others could reply a red hologram appeared before it took the appearance of a 10 year old girl who shared a striking resemblance to Michael who she now looked at angrily before she clicked her tongue

" crappy naming sense as always father " snorted Makia before she turned her attention to the others, before she could introduce herself, she found Yuuki's face before her own as she looked at her dangerously

" what did you call him " asked Yuuki as a shadow appeared behind her causing the temperature of the room to chill someone as she looked at the hologram girl before her with hollow eyes

" he's my father " replied Makia calmly as she met Yuuki's gaze

" so that makes me your mother " said Yuuki not breaking she contact

" nope " replied Makia causing the dangerous atmosphere to suddenly collapse as the others shook as they tried not to laugh

" why not? " asked Yuuki as her face returned to normal as he looked at Malia calmly only to raise her brow in confusion as she watched the girl raise 3 fingers, causing this scene to seem familiar, she just couldn't remember from where

" 1. I don't need a mother my father is enough, 2. you and my father have never even fucked, on the other hand I can call you a murderer for the amount of my unborn siblings you swallowed and 3. Shizuka would be a cuter mom " explained Makia as she looked at Yuuki who looked as if the world abandoned her causing the others to break down laughing, only Saya was blushing as she looked away

" mou, you're so cute " said Shizuka as she tried to grab Makia only for her hands to go right through causing her to freeze before she pouted

" ahem " Michael clear his throat to remind everyone what was supposed to be going on, even though he had a massive smile on his face clearly the scene

" right, I'm Makia, just Makia " she said before she glared at Michael who only met her gaze with a smile " I'm my father's first creation, and I am the best AI in creation plus with my information network coming straight from my father's brain I'm also constantly growing and evolving alongside him. What you're siting in is the iron mammoth as your all now, this masterpiece " said Makia as a hologram of the iron mammoth popped up over the table showing it's status

There are 4 solar panels on the truck, of which can harness enough power to power 50% of Japan, this is because father was limited in the available materials to improve them further " explained Makia proudly as she puffed out her chest before she continued

" The entire length of the truck including trailer is 200ft, 25 ft in diameter, 2 stories, carrying 10 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 med area, 1kitchen and dining area and 1 large production area. On the top floor it has 1 meeting room which can also count as an observation deck " said Makia as she paused to let this information sink in as they looked between her and Michael speechlessly causing the duo to grin

" Even with it's hulking size it is made of extremely light weight materials, causing it to way only slightly more than 100 tons but don't let that fool you as it has enough armor to tank a nuke and still drive even though not at 100% " she murmured the last part with a pout softly but everyone still heard as their eyes widened before she continued

" Can go 0-60 in 2.5 seconds and can shorten that without the trailer, it can accelerate even faster but that'd cause structural damage . Maximum speed is currently 560kph, this depending on if on land or in water as it is amphibious. The only weapons carried are flame throwers which release flames which can reach 3000 degrees " Makia took a breath even though she didn't need to breath when she was finished explaining before she disappeared causing everyone to turn their attention back to Michael

" sleep well tonight because it all begins tomorrow " said Michael calmly drawing several nods
