บท 471: Finally, A Battle (19)

He ran towards the animal, leaning left so that he would arrive at it's sleeping head. When he skidded to a stop, he ran towards the head without any warning or ceremony. He swung his sword down at its head with a grunt. 

The Poisonous Earth Dragon woke up as he was approaching and opened it's mouth in a roar. 

The shockwave of the sound echoed throughout the underground. Many of the people getting into position had their clothes blown backwards as if they were facing a hurricane. Some became unstable in the face of the force and fell down onto their knees. 

Yi Weixing's arm muscles bulged as he fought through the force of the roar to swing down onto the Poisonous Earth Dragon. Even so, it was too slow and off by a bit as the sword ate into the ground, creating a 2 meter long crack where it landed next to the rearing head.
