Joseph Thompson just returned to his home in Star Ocean City, he hasn't even had time to take a shower when Filbert Schmidt called him again.

"What, she's selling her house?" Joseph Thompson was taken aback by the news from Filbert Schmidt.

"The house can't be sold right away, but she must give 500,000 to Joel Hyatt tomorrow, so she had no choice but to borrow money from Olaf York..."
