บท 18: Elites
Halmund was one of the three elites of the Ratkan's. All the elites are at the higher rank of "Advanced Battle Warriors," and they were the best among their peers.
Halmund was wearing a casual T-shirt and trousers. He looked like he had come out for a stroll.
He had blond hair like all the Ratkans. He had finer muscles and a smug smile on his face.
"No, junior. No one sent me here. I was just out for a stroll when I found out that such an event was occurring in this place I knew I had to come to this place to see it for myself." Halmund shrugged his shoulders.
Raider looked to his right. "If that were so, then why is this guy here too?"
Halmund looked at the man who was sitting at the edge of the cliff. He was dangling his legs and was looking at them while resting his head on his arm.
Halmund grinned."Maybe that guy is also out for a stroll."
This guy was Hueg, one of the three elites of Forger's. He had red hair like the Forger's; he had thin muscles; and he had a giant wooden box beside him.
Raider's face became serious. He knew he would have a hard time even against an elite, and he had no guarantee of winning against just one. Now, there were two, he didn't know how he could avert this situation.
Still, he kept his cold face and spoke with a bit of anger in his tone. "If you want to do it like this then I have to give me all it seems."
Majnu and Sonia's faces, which had brightened after seeing their elites arrive, became sour again after hearing Raider. He was basically saying they were not worthy of him going all-out and that they were bottom feeders. However, they had been controlling so many people under them, and now they were getting belittled, making them hate Raider more.
Hueg, who was far away, still heard what Raider said, as in every battle warriors' hearing and senses would develop the more they rose in rank. He smiled upon hearing what Raider said. "Cute."
Slap
Halmund's face palmed his face and laughed out loud."Junior, I like you. You remind me of my younger self."
"Don't call me junior." Raider's face darkened; he had enough of them. He gripped the hilt of his sword hard and was about to attack when suddenly.
"Halmund, you little cutie. Don't tease him like that." A voice came from the sky.
They saw a woman in a revealing cloth coming down from the sky. Her appearance was the same as the Grandior's but there was a seductive feeling on her face and body.
"What a day it is! I didn't think we would meet each other at this place." Halmund's smile grew bigger. "Monia, you still don't want to spend a night with me?"
Monia gave a curved smile and said, acting mad."I want to, but I heard rumors that you have a small PP, and I don't want a small PP. There is no fun with a toothpick."
Halmund's anger exploded, and white mist started to ooze out of him and freeze everything it touched. "Who told you that!?"
Shosh
Hueg teleported beside them and laughed. "Halmund, don't get mad. Many cameras are coming towards us."
He looked at Monia, then looked down at her huge melons, and said, "You killed our men in daylight?"
Monia shook her and said with righteousness."I didn't kill them. I just told them that the one who defeats everyone will get a one-night stand with me. But they are so desperate that they killed themselves. Such simps!"
Hueg helplessly said. "As expected of the witch. So everyone, leave this place."
He left after saying it to his men. Halmund also left, but he didn't say anything to his men.
Monia stayed behind and spoke to Raider. "Wanna leave too?"
"No, thanks." Raider sheathed his sword and said."I want to see something."
Monia sighed after hearing that."I hope you don't break down."
Raider didn't say anything; instead, he remained silent.
Monia left after she saw he didn't say anything.
Then the reporters came and camped outside the portal, and Raider waited inside a car of their company that had just arrived.
Minutes went by, but there was no sign of them coming out or the portal disappearing.
Raider's anxiety started to show on his face.
And at that moment,
Two figures emerged from the portal.
One was a girl in a mage's outfit, and another was a boy who had a dark cloak on that was fluttering in the wind.
The whole place went silent after seeing them, and then the sound of clicks occurred all over the area.

These are all the things that happened until Nathen and Rose came out of the dungeon. Rose guessed a little of it, and Nathen was clueless. But, unfortunately for them, they won't be able to know what actually happened earlier as they weren't qualified.
The bodyguards quickly came and escorted Nathen and Rose to the car, saving them from the interviews.
Just after they entered, they were greeted by Raider's presence. He was resting his chin on his arm, and his face was dark.
Rose sat down and gulped her saliva. "Why are you here? Don't you want to complete your dream?"
Raider didn't reply to that question; instead, he asked. "Are you okay?"
"Don't you have eyes? I am alright." Rose said while gritting his teeth.
Raider didn't say anything after that, he went into deep thought.
Nathen didn't know what was between them, but he was glad he escaped from that hell. He put his hand forward at Raider and said with a smile."Hello, my name is Nathen."
Raider turned his at Nathen and asked."Who might you be?"
"Uhh," Nathen didn't know what to say; he just said his name, but that still wasn't enough. He said. "I am Nathen, a member of Rose's company."
"Tell me, what do you want? I will fulfill any wish for you. And for that, you just have to leave her company." Raider said this directly into Nathen's face.
