บท 182: The Compromise

"You...you?" 

Edko trembled in fear as he pulled back from the Zeph. He looked at the Human to see his face, coinciding with the white Asura he had seen in his illusions. 

His breath fell short, as he immediately turned back into a serpent and escaped from this place with his utmost ability. He had never comprehended the real meaning of death till now.

But those calm eyes were the same as the Asura of his vision. He…..was the grim reaper, reaper of lives, reaper of souls. After his vision, he recognized the aura surrounding him, it was of death.

After scaring off the naive Serpent, Zeph turned to stand back in his original position. After a few minutes, the door finally opened as the Smiling Elder Mune walked out. 

He bent his back and apologized for any uncomfortable actions, 

"Please, Bear with us Human. We never meant to do any injustice with you or your friend. The Queen is calling you inside."
