บท 75: New Day

“Ok, I’ll pay your price,” said the client when he approached me again after I exited the store. “But I have to see the merchandize first before I handed you the money.” The preoccupation of my mind on the message I received from the phone was quickly diverted to the persistence of the client.

“You want me to carry two cases of heavy tools so you can view it here?” I said with an unbelieving tone. “And I would carry it over again to where it came from after you decided that you don’t want to buy it after all. Is that what you’re telling me?”
