บท 96: Who wants to wait for you?

Vanessa wasn't a fan of waking up with a serious headache with her phone ringing at the top of its sound, loud enough for Vanessa to swear and curse as she picked up the call and snapped, " What!" 

From the other side came a deep chuckle. " Still not a morning person?" 

Derek. She has heard his voice a lot of times before and now she can almost recognise it with just one quick word from him, " I am but I do not like waking up when someone is blasting my phone with spam calls and messages, what do you want?" 

" You didn't come to see me at the bar," he said his voice full of blame and Vanessa almost cursed out loud. Yes, she did not go to see him in the bar last night but he could have called her in the evening or even at night but no, he had to do this thing before the breaking of the dawn! 

" Is this revenge? Did you wake me up because I didn't come to see you yesterday?" She asked with a groan finally cottoning on to why he called her so early.
