"The surgery was successful, she is even out of the ICU. She will begin physiotherapy in a few weeks." I said, still trying to wrap my mind around the fact that Marianne was okay, she didn't die and she could walk. She would soon be able to walk on her own two feet. Looking up at both of them it was impossible not to laugh, full of emotions it did not come as a surprise when tears began to flow down my cheeks as sobs escaped my lips. There weren't painful and they didn't hurt, for the first time in my life I cried and it didn't hurt.

"Come here," Raphael said to me but before he could reach me Asher grabbed me from behind and pulled me to himself. Lifting my head to look at him from I met his gaze when he looked down at me.
