While many other tribal chiefs might focus on immediate gains and the preservation of their own territories, Valgrun possesses a broader vision.

Valgrun understanding of the world's geopolitical landscape, including empires like Yan, Roma, and Yindu, made him believe that centralized power is needed for the Great Steppe to also become a world power. 

Because Valgrun knows that the world is big and vast. And the Great Steppe is but a small part of the world. 

There is a wider and vaster world outside of the borders of the Great Steppe

Sometimes, he wonder what lies beyond the mountains range of Yindu? What lies beyond the large temple and building of Roma?

What is west to the Western Zhou. What is south to the south of Yan?
