Aunt Nanako served me my favorite donuts. This snack is what I tell Mamako if she asks me what I want. Their sweet shop truly deserves to be called the best in the city. They must have a secret recipe for it.
"You truly like that donuts huh? You want to know who made that?" She said, with her elbows resting on a table while looking at me. Why are they so weird? Staring at me when I'm eating...
"Isn't it you Aunt Nanako?" It should be her and no one else.
Chuckling, Nanako shook her head. "It's Kosaki, she likes making donuts and that, what your eating right now is was her specialty." She proudly said, bragging about her daughter.
"It's really good... If only, mother will allow me to eat this every day. I could have buy 40 pieces already."
Mamako limits me when it comes to sweets, she said I'll get fat. Though she said no matter how I look, she will always love me. And I also love her as well. I just don't like showing it to her but I know Mamako understood that I truly do love her because of how she takes care of me.
"By the way, Shannah. Will you take this school seriously? Or just want to experience it? I heard that you're into video games like Mamako."
I bobbed my head "I'm still not sure... There is a new game that is being released. I and Mother decided to play it together and it will start this evening. It depends if I like it or not."
The new game is released that simply the trailer shook the world. World Online. A VRMMORPG that takes gaming into another realm. You have to use a virtual helmet to play it. It's not Pay to Win. You have to grind to reach the top.
I'm excited to play it as well. I know what to do as I studied the game two years already and yes, we waited for three years that the developers officially announced it is released today.
I just didn't study the game, but I also knew the tips and tricks about it. I am an Alpha and Beta Tester, including Mamako. But she didn't take the test seriously and just followed me around.
"Just aim your camera at your face and you will be more famous than your mother." Laughed Nanako as she covered her mouth. "Speaking of Kosaki, she coming down already." Nanako stood up, I followed.
"Mom! I'm ready! Is he already he--"
She stopped midway the moment her eyes landed unto me. I can hear Nanako giggling while looking at her daughter's stunned expression.
"Shannah, I'm Shannah Leaf walker..." I put forward my hand and introduce myself. Her body jerked and she greeted. "I-am, Kosaki Onodera! Nice to meet you!" Kosaki shook my hand, she's feeling cold and trembling. Will she be fine?
I slightly tilted my head and asked. "Are you not feeling well? If you need a rest, I can go alone to school." Her face turned pink. Is she scared of me? Mamako told me she's a shy girl. I didn't believe it because of Aunt Nanako's personality as an easy-going person.
"She's fine! She's just like that!" Aunt Nanako patted my shoulder. Oh? I'm still holding her hand. Better to let it go first.
"W-we should go or we will be late..." Her voice stuttered and turned around towards the door.
"It's unusual to see her like that. It's understandable because your very handsome but I think there might be something else. Also, please look after her as well." Aunt Nanako sounded serious. "Don't worry Aunt Nanako. I still know how to fight even though I'm always staying in our house."
She chuckled and went back to her work. I followed Kosaki. We walked side by side and gathered so much attention around us. Even cars halted to take a picture. I think it's because of my hair that people took interest in.
Kosaki didn't open a conversation and just lowered her head while holding her bag in front like how shy women often do.
This is awkward... I should start a conversation. "So how's your business? Is it doing well?" It took two seconds before she realized I asked her something. "Eh? Oh... Yes! Mother said we are doing better than the recent years." Finally, she is facing me.
Mamako was right. She certainly is adorable. Kosaki is a fair-skinned teenage girl with shoulder-length dark-brown hair that has one long strand of hair which she keeps combed neatly to the left side of her face and chocolate brown eyes. Kosaki is average in height and has a thin figure. She looks a lot like her mother.
"Is there something on my face?" She asked. Oops, I think I stared too long. I shook my head with a chuckle. "No... I just remembered what my mother told me. Your honestly cute, Kosaki."
Kosaki stopped walking and looked at my face with her eyes wide open and her cheeks getting pinker. "M-m-me? Cute?!" She asked with her voice stuttering while pointing at herself.
Really? Does no one compliment her that? She is really cute. Are her classmates blind?. "Yes, no one told you that?" She nodded her head. It's certainly the first time that someone complimented her. Weird.
"I-I think we should walk faster... Or we will be late."

So this is school huh. There are a lot of people or students around here. Mostly whispering at each other as they look at us. Kosaki is getting more embarrassed, however, she's walking close beside me. Not that I mind about it.
A large building with about three floors and each floor maybe has 6 rooms? Not sure though. The campus is surprisingly big as well with different kinds of school facilities around. What I heard is, this was supposed to be an all-girls school but this year, they allowed male students to enroll.
"They are looking at you..." Kosaki whispered That made her look cute. I'm much taller than her so she tried to tiptoe.
I sighed. "Yeah, and I feel embarrassed..."
"It's because you have beautiful silver-ish hair..." She chuckled "Follow me okay? Or you'll get lost."
I know I'm usually home but I still have a sense of direction... Anyways, she's right, I better follow her because some of the girls are starting to approach me.
