บท 144: Coming Back

"Seventh Elder, are you alright?" One of the elders gasped as he saw the seventh Elder on the ground.

The lingering miasma began to dissipate, and their divine senses allowed them a clear view of the aftermath.

"F - Fourth Elder is dead!!"

"What?"

All the remaining elders grieved as they saw the lifeless body on the ground, half of it corroded and turning purple. The loss of their fellow elder weighed heavily on their hearts, yet they couldn't help but feel somewhat relieved that it wasn't them lying there.

Though the seventh Elder was injured and not dead, the tragedy of losing the fourth elder loomed over them.

"Brother Seventh, are you alright?" The Fifth Elder's concern was evident as he cast his eyes upon the Seventh Elder's form.
