Swoosh!!!
The sound of a sword cutting through the air echoed in the dimly lit room where only a single candle could be seen.
The shadow figure who just appears and killed their teammate is now going to be killed by one of them as the guy seems to have been frozen stiff and just stands there watching one of them swing his sword on his head.
"You're dead!" the man who is attacking Hyuna growled.
But who would have known that she would tilt her head to the side and let the sword pass by her in a hair's breadth?
Then her hand would snake through the man's arm and using the man's momentum throw him on the ground.
"Dragon's coil…" she muttered.
Then with a twist breaks the arm of the man on the ground.
If she is a cultivator, Dragon coil would have restricted the body of her target with her Qi while breaking the Qi energy covering their body with a precise technique targeting the arm of the enemy.
Dragon's Coil is used to break open the Qi barrier of a cultivator below the Elemental Law realm.
But she is using such a strong technique to break the arm of her opponent in the most painful manner.
This kind of arm breaking would deliver a certain amount of pain to the body of that person so that the person would not be able to fight again.
The same principle applies to real Dragon's coil as it would cause the target to feel the pain of losing their Qi for an instant.
She did not stop there as she suddenly took a step forward and grabs the sword of the man.
She had seen the last enemy running towards the door.
Using her foot, she flips the sword and then kicks it toward her target.
"Drill kick…" she muttered.
A drill kick is a kick that one would have to infuse their Qi on an object and then kick it using a slight spin. This would in turn make that object spin like a drill and destroy anything in its path.
It is one of the hardest skills to learn below the Dantian Condensing stage.
According to what she knew, only about 1% of the Inner Sect disciples knew this technique. And out of that 1% only a handful is able to execute it perfectly.
As the sword flew like an arrow, it bore through the stomach of her target and even passed through to hit the door up front.

That person dropped to the ground twitching, while the other one is groaning in pain on the ground below her feet.
The man could not move as one move would make him feel extreme pain in his arm.
"Who are you guys?" Hyuna asked while squatting to the ground.
Right now, she is just pretending to be calm. Because in truth, her heart is actually filled with panic, she wanted to throw up but the darkness is hiding her pale expression.
"Arrgghh… I… I don't know anything…" the man said while trembling.
Hyuna suddenly touches his hand which made the man scream in pain.
Actually, she did not do that on purpose. Right now, she is so dizzy that she wanted to puke. But her will is trying to restrain her emotion.
She stands up and staggered.
She accidentally grabbed the sword of the man skewered on the wall.
Her hand slipped and the sword was pulled.
As the dead body slid down the ground, she saw the blood pouring down the man's wound.
This has finally triggered her as she suddenly lets go of the sword and then runs to the side and vomited everything she ate for dinner.
After she stopped vomiting she gasped as she tried to recover her composure.
"Calm down… calm down… I need to find out what is happening right now…" she told herself as she forces her rumbling emotion to calm down.
As she turns around what she saw flabbergasted him on the spot.
Right now, there is a sword directly pinning the head of the man on the ground.
The sword has entered the man's eye.
Upon seeing this, Hyuna suddenly felt a bit dizzy and once again vomited on the side.

In the town
A manor is currently being besieged by a group of people killing as they go.
The sound of crying and fighting could be heard everywhere in the mansion.
In the main hall of the manor, a group of men is gathered as they prepared themselves to fight a final battle with the intruders.
"Take the other women and go! We will stand our ground in here!" a regal-looking man said to a beautiful and tall woman while waving his hand.
"But my lord husband… How could we escape without you? Without you, and my sons, me and your daughters would surely die…" she said while tears flows down her cheek.
"We've been caught off guard by the enemy. We did not expect that they have a few cultivators on their side…" he said showing a helpless look on his face.
"Is it the… Urokai Sect?" the woman asked with a frown.
"No… I am not sure who they are… but they are strong…"
Boom!!!
The conversation between the two was interrupted as another explosion coming from outside rocks the area.
The woman wipes her tears and then walked to the side. She grabs a sword and then unsheathes it.
"If they are that strong, then no matter what we do… we cannot stop our fated doom. I would rather die by your side…" the beautiful woman said while standing by her husband's side.
"Oh… What a lovely scene. I wish I could write a poem about you two. Lovers in life and even… death…" a man in a black hood with a mask of a lion calmly walks inside the hall.
Behind that masked man followed other masked men in black hoods.
"Who commanded you to do this? Don't you know who my father is?!" shouted the regal-looking man while glaring at the people entering the hall.
"Hihi… I know who you are… but your background doesn't intimidate me…" the man said as he waves his blade and a black aura covers it.
"You're a… a cultivator? Why would a cultivator attack a mortal town? How dare you do this within the Urokai Sect's territory!" the man shouted as he stood in a defensive position in front of his wife.
"Hehe… Enough talk… I wanted to enjoy some fresh mortal women today… So don't kill all the women…" the man in a lion mask said as he waves his hand.
With that signal, the men behind him quickly made their move and charged at the men in front of them.
A battle ensued and one by one both the black-cloaked men and the warriors of the mansion began falling to their deaths.
Boom!!!
Suddenly, a loud sound reverberates from behind the group making the women who were in that area shout in fear.
The expression of the man and his wife turned unsightly as they did not expect that the opponent would also be coming from behind them.
They have already given up hope and the woman could only cry as she could already imagine the death of her daughters and maid in the area where the secret passage is located.
"They… they have found even our secret passage… What a sinister plot this is…" the woman said with tears falling down her cheeks.
"Haha… Give up now and accept your death!" shouted the man who is leisurely standing in one corner while watching the gruesome battle happening in front of him.
"Never! I will never give up… As a member of the Man family, I will never surrender. By now, my father has already been alarmed. Soon, our backup will arrive…" the regal-looking man shouted.
The lion-masked man just smirked and then was about to see something when he suddenly stopped.
This is because he suddenly found something weird.
He is sure that his men in that secret passage have already made their move.
Working with these mortals is below him, but he is being paid to do this. He had been stuck in the Body Refinement stage for many years now and had decided to leave his sect and venture outside.
After many years, he became a mercenary for hire.
He has been working with the mortals and would always work in secret.
Those enemies who knew that he is a cultivator had already been silenced by him.
That is why he works in the shadows as an assassin. He knew that if the Urokai sect discovers his presence then he would surely die in this place.
But their plan is perfect and he is confident of their success.
However, right now he could not help but feel a bit nervous as he suddenly could not hear the sound of those women crying and begging.
Even the sound of fighting could not be heard at the back of the hall which is where the secret passageway is located.
He suddenly frowned and then looks at the darkness and noticed that he could not see anyone walking out.
"They should have already finished their task… What is taking them so long?" he muttered.
Suddenly something came to his mind and cursed out loud.
"Don't tell me, those bastards have already ravaged the women?! Damn them! I will kill them all if they have taken all of the women!" he cursed as he stood up.
Suddenly, the door at the back was blasted open as a figure came flying out in a sorry manner.
