บท 135: Negotiation

Giovanni's unconscious body slumped against the blonde girl's small frame as she adjusted her grip under his arms. She carefully maneuvered him through the eerily quiet alley toward a waiting car.

She was halfway to the car when the silence shattered. She tightened her grip on Giovanni, his limp weight pressing against her as she scanned the shadows.

"Leaving so soon?" a low voice echoed from the darkness.

Madame Cash's men emerged from the gloom, their weapons gleaming under the faint moonlight. There were four of them, each armed and radiating confidence. One stepped forward, a hulking figure with a predatory grin.

"Madame Cash sends her regards," he sneered, his eyes narrowing on the girl.

The blonde didn't respond. She adjusted Giovanni's weight again, her expression calm.
