Bucharest Airport
A convoy of cars slowly stopped at the airport entrance, and with the banging of doors opening and closing, several individuals clad in black robes and suits alighted one after another.
The scorching sun shone on the black sedans, seeming to raise the temperature around them.
Alice emerged slowly from the car. She frowned as she moved away from the vehicle; the waves of heat from its body felt oppressive, and she could feel sweat beginning to form on her face, which she had only washed that morning.
Her Aunt Yilian was right beside her, strangely without a single drop of sweat.
"Aunt, aren't you hot?" Alice unconsciously moved closer. Instantly, a faint cool breeze emanated. A refreshing chill spread through her body.
"You feel it, right?" Aunt Yilian said with a smile.
"What is this...?" Alice had just begun to ask.
"When we return, I'll recommend you as a squire knight. Then you will understand," Aunt Yilian said gently as she stroked Alice's hair.
