บท 59: Contacting Nyx and Seeing Lilith
"Hey! Nyx, Where are you?"
"Oh My! Hello Handsome! Didn't think you would call me. What happened?"
Hearing her, Izumi's mouth twitched and he said, "Cool it down. I am not alone. Anyways, are you done looking for her?"
"Hmm! Yeah! Should I come over to your place and bring her? Her condition is bad, really bad."
"Yeah! Come here. You must know my location because of this token."
"Of Course I do."
Nyx said and in just a few seconds, she appeared in the room with a body and said, "I am here."
While Izumi was talking to Nyx, Rias was wondering who she was. She only knew one famous Goddess named Nyx and if she was her, Rias didn't know what to say.
'That's a Primordial Goddess, and he is talking casually. And why do I feel like Nyx was trying to flirt with him?'
She then looked at the woman who arrived at the place. But when his eyes fell on the body she is holding, she shuddered and felt suppression from her.
"Huh! Who is she? Why do--" She couldn't speak more as Nyx shut her up and made her unconscious.
"Tsk! Shut up, Devil!" She spoke which made Izumi roll his eyes at her.
"Anyways, let her lie down on the bed and I will check her," Izumi said and then spoke to Ciel, The Wisdom Goddess Athen mentally.
'Ciel Scan her and look for solutions. I don't think she will just recover with my blood.'
[Master, I have already scanned her. Her body has been experimented on and her blood was used to create Devils. Even her ovaries here forcefully extracted to use them, and it wasn't worst. Her soul was torn into pieces and other souls were forcefully merged. If they were successful, they would have created an abomination same to Lovecraft gods.]
Hearing her, Izumi shuddered. He could deal with many things but not Lovecraft shit. Disgust and anger appeared in her heart for Rizevim and Hades.
"Hades and Rizevim really did disgusting work. Did you destroy the lab, if not, I will go and do it."
"No, It was difficult as Rizevim was on guard. He kept on murmuring about Grail and Vampires. After I was done with her, they both were pretty angry with it."
Izumi nodded and then asked, "By the way, were there any clones of her or artificial devils? Did you see them?"
"Hmm? Clones? No, I don't think I remember seeing them. Though there were many destroyed bodies at that place."
'Ciel, How to heal her?'
[Master, use your blood and the souls from before. Instead of forcefully strengthening her soul, use those souls as her core. Around 10,000 souls would do and put them at her soul's center with these seals.]
Ciel said and some complex seals appeared in his mind.
[As for her body, your blood would do it. Just like Carmilla, use the Pawn Piece and put it in her heart. The Blood would change her body and strengthen it. It will act as a catalyst for the soul orb and repair her soul.]
Izumi nodded and took out the orb. Seeing the orb, Nyx gasped. Why? It was because it had many souls.
"Where did you get this? And how are they so pure?"
"Land of Shadows. Noe don't have questions and let me do the work. Make sure no one interrupts me. It will be a delicate matter."
Izumi said without looking at her and separated the souls. While it might look like he is sacrificing 10,000 souls, it was wrong.
The soul consisted of three parts, the first being vestiges or the memories of life. They are what made Sung Jin Woo have shadow Soldiers.
The second would be the life part, i.e., the part he was using. It was just pure energy that would make the balance between the two parts.
The Third part being Death Part, the one that goes to Reincarnation.
In Land of Shadows, the Shadows were made up of Vestige Part and Life Part. He was using the Life part and the vestige Part was still there.
Even if they were different parts of the soul, they still were energies and they could be used by those in Heaven and Hell, and the ones who deal with Souls.
As Izumi separated the orb, complex seals appeared on it and Izumi put the orb in her head. The orb passed through her head and disappeared.
It reappeared in her soul and became the center of it. Before he was going to give Lilith his blood and he had a question to ask her. He put his hand on her head and appeared in her chaotic mindscape. It was broken and Izumi had one word for it, Clusterfuck.
"Just how broken she is. I knew it would be bad but it is much worse than I thought."
Izumi said and started to roam around. He avoided touching any memories as they were like pieces of broken glass and he didn't want to get lost in them. Even though he knew it wouldn't be possible, he didn't want to watch other's memories, after knowing that Anime, Manga, and other fictional worlds were real worlds.
After roaming for a long time, he arrived at the center of Mindscape and saw Lilith shivering on the ground while muttering indescribable things.
He appeared at her side and held her and tried to calm her down.
Lilith, who was in a nightmare felt someone's touch. She was seeing some too weird things, like a mass of mass moving and slithering like a caterpillar, and a tentacle monster so big that could cover the whole underworld. Too many weird things and it was a nightmare for her.
"Calm Down. Wake Up, Lilith. No, don't wake up. Ugh! I mean, do you want to wake up?"
She heard a voice. While being in a nightmare, for who knows how long, it was her first time hearing a voice.
"Who are you?" She said but she didn't get any answer to her question. It was like the voice couldn't hear her and it kept on repeating one thing.
"Do you want to wake up?"
