บท 22: It was all just a dream !
In a room,
Full of darkness,
Only little light could be seen from a dim,
There was a bed,
Was toilet and a place for clothes.
There was a huge wall in the entrance of the room . And there was a small door too but only only upper area of the door was visible but not for the prisoners. That small area can be opened of course when someone meets the prisoner.
Monika was suffering her fate which she was never ought to suffer.
She didn't have to follow any specific routine since she wasn't in a central jail. Regardless of what she did, only thing that bothered her was the thought of Ronin. She knew Ronin was doing something extremely risky. She knew how far Ronin would go for her.
Considering these factors, and the way Monika was schemed , there would definitely be a huge organisation. None was fool to not understand this fact. And from Monika's point of view, Ronin was going against such company which was extremely risky for his own life.
In fact, Monika's worry was right. Ronin was in hospital right now with injuries all over his face. If not for Kai, he would have died. Monika would let her die instead of seeing Ronin die for her or see Ronin live with another girl . After all, that's how a girl thinks. From her point of view of course.
After a few moments of Monika wandering aimlessly inside the cage , Karen came to meet her through a CSD officer.
Upon seeing Karen from the prison door's upper area Monika jumped out of her bed and rushed towards Karen .
" Karen, Karen , How is Ronin ?? Where is he ?"
She couldn't even catch her breath properly while asking this.
Karen had a saddened expression. Her brows got lowered and her eyes had shrunken a bit . Then she said ,
" He is in hospital. He was brutally punched by your uncle Chris ! If not for Kai, he would have died !"
Monika's eyes had widened. Her muscles had become more heavier. Her facial expressions had shown visible shock and disbelief.
" Uncle Chris ?!? Why ?!"
" He was always after your property and never a good guy . When Ronin figured that out, your uncle wanted to kill him to silence him . Fortunately Kai came at the right time."
Tears were falling from Monika's eyes upon hearing it.
" Where is Ronin right now ?"
" He is in Hospital. I just said it. I wasn't present during the confrontation. But Kai was . "
" Got it. Please, take care of him ! Tell him not to drag this case anymore. It's riskier for him and me ."
" Monika ! Why are you saying this ??"
" I don't want Ronin to get seriously injured."
" Listen Monika, we'll get you out of here. It's certain. You don't have to worry. "
Monika was speechless. She knew even if she said this, it wouldn't change anything.
Regardless of what she tried to say something on this point.
But Karen stopped her.
" Remember Monika, Righteousness and Honesty will always win . We got this ."
Then Karen said,
" My time's up "
Monika didn't say anything.
Karen added, " Don't cry Monika . "
Monika then said , " Please Take care of him. He is a stubborn baby . He'll give away his life as if it never mattered. Take this into consideration."
Because Monika and Ronin lived for so many years, she and he knew each other deeply to the point that one another knew about each other's unconscious needs. Monika knew, Ronin would cross the limit and this time, where different kinds of risks were involved too. Monika didn't want Ronin to die at all.

Faction 10 just had reached near the mansion. Suddenly a huge blast occured. It's in the mansion. Not in the road of the CSD's car. Because of the blast, the whole mansion had finally broken.
One of the CSD officers said ,
" A lot of TNT ."
" Yeah ! A lot. Quickly take up your men and go for Dan. "
After wearing their armour successfully, everybody got out and quickly took their combat stance. They were running towards the broken mansion. Because of the blast, the whole mansion had scattered and fire were everywhere.
Faction 10 were going there in a specific formation. A combat formation. They were wearing heavy armours that can withstand bullets, Fires, even grenades and TNT explosions. This sounded unreal but that was the foundation of Criminal Suppression Department.
Upon entering the mansion area through the gate, they saw a man lying down on the ground.
The guy in front after examining the area had given hand signals for other soilders to go ahead. And he'll be checking the guy lying down on the ground.
He had went closer to the body. That lying body was facing the ground. So, the CSD officer had to turn it to see the face.
It was Dan.
" Guys, we've found Dan. Quickly take him and leave with him. Two members must come. And rest will investigate this area.
Soon two CSD officers had come . They had lifted Dan and departed from the mansion through a car . There were two more cars left for other CSD officers belonging to Faction 10.
CSD 5 told CSD 3 , " CSD 7 is injured. Quickly !"
" Yeah he seems. Don't worry. We'll reach at headquarter very soon. He'll be treated well. Just keep eye on him being alive."

A guy was killing a dragon. After hitting a few times, he had activated his second skill. A lot of daggers had passed through the dragon. And then the daggers had come back to him in the same direction it was thrown while damaging the dragon. The skill was like the 2nd skill of gusion from mobi*e legend bang bang . But here to call the daggers, that character had to use a special type of device. Upon throwing the daggers, using that device, it can be called and the daggers will fly back to the device holder. Moreover first condition of throwing the daggers must be completed. Then the character had used artifacts to kill the dragon.
Boom !
Level had risen to 5 . All the skills of the characters had unlocked.
That character walked a bit reaching the mid lane. He was hiding in the jungle and didn't engage in direct battle yet.
The enemy didn't came in the mid lane either.
But he was charging there.
So that character had thrown all his daggers in the ground. Then he had taken his device. Because of this device, the thrown daggers would come back.
Another character controlled by another player looked at him and asked ,
" Why are you throwing your daggers ?"
" That's a set up. For the upcoming enemy."
Soon the enemy came.
That character had jumped with only one dagger . But the enemy was clever. Noticing him, he had used his ultimate and other skills to kill the character with daggers.
That character had fallen down .
Allies of that character came and fought the enemy forcing him to back out.
The enemy retreated. But that device was set on him. While having 40-45% HP, the device had activated and called all the daggers of that character. Because the daggers had rushed towards the enemy because of that device, because the enemy couldn't catch those daggers, he was killed instantly even when he was retreating in his own territory.
That character looked at his allies and laughed.
" Yes . That's why I had set this thing up. You are never aware of what will happen in future. But you must set things up in such a way that your set up will give you victory regardless of your death or you being alive."
Soon the game ended. Ronin took over his VR and walked towards the fridge to eat something. It was Ronin who earlier killed that enemy in the mid lane through his dagger's set up. Ronin's habits of setting things up way before the main events.
As Ronin was walking towards the fridge, he had suddenly slipped. He had fallen down .
And then he woke up. Ronin saw himself in a hospital lying in the bed. He was dreaming. A dream about his past games . Where he was wondering how happy he was! How good life was back then!
But now — It was all just a dream.
