บท 14: The Rabid Dog

The results of consistently doing childish things and behaving like Ethan for a week straight were pretty satisfying and also took an unexpected turn.

"That crazy bastard just goes around randomly hitting people!"

"I definitely saw it! He's taking on everyone who challenges him."

"Don't even talk about that fucker; he appeared in my dreams and started messing with me."

"Don't make eye contact, or you'll get bitten."

"I heard that even Matt couldn't do anything about it."

"How'd he change so quickly?"

"Maybe he finally snapped."

It didn't take much to gain the reputation of a social pariah, but at least people weren't annoying me as much anymore. The comparisons to Matt were becoming a lot less frequent as well, so I let Ethan cut my hair so we could be more different. My mom threw a fit, of course, but thankfully Matt wouldn't let her cut his hair to match mine.
