Kashi is a spunky young daughter of a wealthy ranch owner. She's always been spirited and wild. But her dad has different ideas for her future than she does.

Carr is a young man moving across the state of Missouri working as a ranch hand for several ranchers. He eventually stops for a time in Kashi's town.

As the two come face to face with each other and the problems they're facing, they uncover new mysteries and old secrets lying in their small town in Missouri.
