บท 259: Fuck it

Tala 

He reaches for the fire. 

I watch his hands as they pass through the flames, it doesn't burn, and it doesn't look like he hurts. "Walk into the pain Tala.'' 

Walker calls my name and it feels like there is more to it. I don't know what this is and why my fathers think he is the one that can help. What does he think he can do to help me? 

I watch him and his eyes remain on mine. I watch him until the flames fully engulf him and he disappears into the bright light of the fire. We are still naked; this is awkward as fuck. 

I am covered in sweat and now he wants me to follow him wherever he goes.
