บท 529: Suffocating Feeling

I woke in the middle of the night, covered in sweat. I struggled, thrashing my arms, my hands around my throat as I felt like I was being suffocated. 

I looked around like crazy. The window was closed. Who closed it? 

I almost ran to open it. And only when the cold wind entered the room, I could breathe again. 

I panted, holding the window frame. It was that feeling; the feeling of being trapped in your own body. It did not happen all the time. But sometimes, when I fell asleep, I would feel like I could not move, I could feel but I could not get up, I could not open my eye. 

"You okay?" a soft voice asked. 

I glanced towards the balcony where the voice came from. The door was ajar and from the gap, my wife was looking at me while feeding our son, sitting in a chair.
