"Keep your mouth shut if you still wanted to breathe," the queen said in a bland voice. Her eyes scanned her maids who had been waiting at the end of the room. She was afraid of someone overhearing what Prince Lucas had said. "Remember, if news like that spreads, you'll be the first one I blame."

Prince Lucas merely smiled and excused himself. "I must help my beloved older brother with his state duties."

Queen Arabella bit her inner lip in frustration towards her son. If only King Arthur could have been more careful to keep his third leg in his pants after Prince Max's birth, there wouldn't have been a troublesome second prince.

"All men are the same. Be it a king or a commoner, they can't resist beautiful women's temptation," the queen grumbled irritably. Her dark, red lipstick intensified the wicked impression on her face.
