Ophelia and Ragna continued to struggle persistently under Terbius' aggressive attack while they tried to retaliate every now and then. Ragna would fire a basic skill using the Chaos Flame on its tails for faster combo and continuous attack in order to distract Terbius, and Ophelia would join in assistance.

Unfortunately, no matter what they did, Duke Balzac would be able to handle it efficiently. His great control over mana and effective spellcasting for multitude magic became the most troublesome obstacle for Ophelia and Ragna to breach their defense.

Meanwhile, after a short period of time, even Terbius started to become disgusted by the enemies puny attempt to deflect his attack thus, without waiting for the duke's order, Terbius conjured up an enormous magic circle that blocked every assault.
