It was already 9 PM when Zhou Yongliang's phone on the nightstand suddenly vibrated. He was waiting for his boyfriend to come back from his part-time job in the convenience store, and he just lazing around in his room.

His tall body sprawled on the bed, and he immediately got up to reach his phone. He frowned when he saw his uncle's name on the screen.

Without wasting any time, he quickly answered the call.

"Yes, shushu?" He greeted the older man.

"Sorry for bothering you, Ah-Liang. I didn't mean to bother you, but I want to share bad news with you."

Zhou Yongliang was nervous after he heard his uncle's words. His uncle's voice trembling a little, and Zhou Yongliang could guess that his uncle was in a bad condition now.

"No, shushu. You are not bothering me at all. What happened, shushu? You don't sound so good."
