บท 59: A meal and a cook

She curtsied about half a meter away, a small smile graced my lips, as I turned to view the female who had cut me out of the inner conversation with myself, my chef suddenly questioned up in a maternal voice, I felt a bit startled at her words wondering if this little sister will speak up about what I had done to her.

"Daughter, you are here, I thought you had said you will attend with your sister?"

I blinked at this mother of mines.

Like, has this woman never noticed the tension between her two daughters?

Like, we really aren't that close.

The sister well versed on spouting eloquent bulls**t spoke.

"As you know mother; my sister is the young matriarch, so I can not be too close to her."

Well hell, this sister is amazing!

I had to applaud this sister of mines for what eloquently spoken words that spewed forth easily from her mouth, not an inch of fear or anger, for what I had done to her.

Good, I will reward her later.

Mother looked pleased enough.
