As they walked out of the bathroom, Roman's phone rang, breaking the silence. He didn't rush to answer it, his eyes still locked on Bianca's. When he finally picked up, a male voice spoke on the other end.

"Hello, is this Roman Vitali?"

Roman's brow furrowed slightly. "Yes, this is him. Who am I speaking to?"

He wondered who it could be and how they got his number. Usually, his privacy was well-protected, and unknown calls were rare.

"Mr. Vitali, I'm John Doe from Retreat Rental Co. Last night, a reservation was booked under your name, and we called to confirm if it was really you who made the request."

Roman's confusion deepened. The company never called to confirm; they simply required identity information, which he had already left with Sarah.

"Yes, that's me," he replied, his eyes still on Bianca, who was watching him with interest.
