"What's... *cough* ... wrong, Dust Beast?... you look sick all of a sudden... Were you not feeling all invincible just now?" Snake Gaze questioned, his voice interrupted by fits of coughing. Yet, his mockery seeped through, impossible to conceal.

"W-what... have... you done to me!" Maersult roared, a mixture of confusion, fury, and frustration twisting his words. But his inquiry was met with Snake Gaze's sinister laughter, a haunting sound that echoed through the air.

"You got careless, Maersult!" Snake Gaze cackled, his voice laced with pain. "You have become overconfident because of your ultimate move: Dust Curtain. In the past, many Cadogan Sorcerers died to this spell, and even I had to make a humiliating escape from the battlefield every time I used it... But did you think that I wouldn't eventually figure out how to counter it?"
