บท 75: Death and Defeat

Galahad's senses screamed danger! As much as he hated August he knew that the latter was immensely powerful. He did not think of it at first but now his intuition told him that this was all…too easy. Moreover seeing the smile on August's face just before his attack was about to land told him one thing.

He had to retreat!

But it was too late.

Wind Sorcery: Flicker of the Wind!

Before his demonic sword pierced August's forehead, Galahad saw August's figure turn into an afterimage as he missed his target after he was just inches away from killing him. In the next moment, all he heard was a voice from above him-a voice he was all too familiar with.

"As always, you overestimate yourself, Galahad"

August said lightly as his figure that was nearly pierced through by Galahad was now above him in a split second. His staff was pointed towards Galahad's figure below and at its tip, streams of wind elemental energy gathered together to form a ball the size of one's fist.
