Erza arrived at the school and found girls into a physical fight, it was Sōma and the gang leader. Students came gathering around them when the gang leader was about to hit Sōma, Yuuto grabbed her arm to stop her "Did you forget about I love you all?" he asked "What the fuck? Who do you think you are" she said to the boy, Erza being annoyed at the scene stood up with her dark aura hands resting on her hips and said in a stern voice "What did I tell you about being tough?" the gang leader shook in fear and ran away earning her an interesting look in Yuuto's eyes and a smirk. Sōma sat on a bench outside and Yuuta sat beside her "Man what a beautiful day" he said looking at the sky but Sōma just looked at him emotionless "I appreciate what you did earlier but don't get the wrong idea and try to get sweet with me" she said. Erza was hiding against the glass window to spy on her mission target. When Soma looked at her direction she instantly docked down to hide, annoyed not being able to get any information.
The students were lining up in the bathroom trying to hold it in. The door is locked and Erza arrived asking "What are you doing here?" then one of the students whined "The door is locked Sōma has been inside for hours" Erza grew suspicious, "move out of the way" she demanded and stepped backwards to gain momentum as she will kick the door open but Sōma just pulled the door towards her making Erza fall on top of her accidentally kissing her. She pulled away both shock in embarrassment and Sōma ran outside when she saw a lifeless body on one of the cubicle and disappeared into nothingness. "Kuso, I was late" she growled and grew more suspicious towards the girl that just ran.
Erza called out a meeting with Urahara, Shiba and Renji on the mission progress. She needs to be closer to her target maybe by becoming friends but she is avoiding her "I got a better idea, it's clean and simple. I'll just do it the easiest way! I'll just beat her up until she tells me who she really is and who she works for" Erza said in annoyance "Why not make a way to make you friends?" Shiba suggested "How are you going to do that? You know what? Maybe I should force her to like me, we're on totally different pages" Erza growled. "Then we need something to spark the friendship!" Renji said "The classical way is the best. The three of us will disguise as thugs and attack her on the way home. You jump in and save her life. Boom, you'll gain her trust!" Renji instructed Erza. "How cliché, we need something modern. don't you think?" looking at Shiba "I think it's a good idea" Urahara said mockingly.
At the end of the school day, Erza secretly follows Sōma on her way she was cut off by the school gang with a huge fat guy that challenges her into a fight "So you're the one who beat them up huh? Let me show you the same pain" he said boastfully "Listen up punk, I'd like to play with you but I'm busy right now, let's do this some other time, OK?" Erza said as she tries to check if Sōma is still within her sight and walks pass them but was stopped by the huge guy "Busy? you think you're the only one busy? I'll do you a favor, I'll make this game quick" he said laughing menacingly. "You're getting into my nerves! now, move before I send your soul to hell" she growled at him "Oh, really? so how are you going to do it, babe?" he teased then Erza kicked his face sending him flying to the wall unconscious. The rest of the boys attacked her but managed to put them into sleep with just one hit.
She ran after Sōma hoping to get there in time for the plan but when she was about to get near, she saw Soma being protected by Yuuto who fights really well. She decided to hide and watch and will jump in if needed. Shiba, Renji and Urahara is trying their best holding back not to harm the poor human and let themselves to get beaten by him as their sighed "Mission failed, damn human" Renji said rubbing the back of his head. "Sorry if I got you involved" Sōma told Yuuta as they walk back home "No, I'm fine. It was a good exercise. I feel refreshed" he answered. Erza ran towards Sōma and Yuuta grabbing their arms to check if they were injured "Hey, Sōma, Yuuta!!! Are you hurt? are you guys alright?" she tries to act normal pretending she do not know the attackers "I saw everything! How did you learn to fight that well?" she asked mimicking his fighting stance. The two just smiled at her and Sōma without a word went to her house and Yuuta took Erza's hand and walked behind Sōma who just bowed at them and went inside slamming the door to their faces. "You can let go of my hand now" Erza reminded the boy who instantly blush and released her hand "Kuso, is that how you treat the guy who saved your life?" she commented "I love you all" Yuuta answered bowing down "Why do you always play the nice guy? I hate the way you show off" Erza said sternly.
"Hey, come on, we're friends remember?" he said and tapped her shoulders then walked away limping. "What happened to your leg?" she asked stopping him "I must've landed on the wrong foot earlier" he explained "You looked alright up to now" Erza shot back "I tried not to show it, so she wouldn't feel bad." he added "Come here" she said as she pulls him towards the bench just right outside their apartment building and pushed him down to sit as she dresses the swollen foot by wrapping bandages on it and applied legs spray to relieve the swollen part and kill the pain and functional discomfort on his feet."Hey it hurts! Can't you be a little gentle?" he growled at her "You look fine earlier, why are you acting such a cry baby now?" she teased.
"I just pretended not to be in pain"
"Then why don't you keep pretending"
"Are you trying to kill me?" he said grabbing her shoulder to ease the pain when she notice his wrist.
"You hurt your ankle and broke your watch to impress a girl, but it cost you so much"
"But think about it, without the watch, I would've hurt my wrist too" he said when he realized his watch was shattered.
"Alright, all done"
"You're really good at this" he said smiling with excitement.
"Nah, it's just your lucky day!"
Erza can't find her sleep, tossing, rolling over the bed. "How could he be so cool" she whispered to herself when she heard a knock on the door. " who is it?" she said opening her door and there was Yuuta standing staring at her like she was the most beautiful thing that ever happened in his life. "What are you doing here?" Erza asked in confusion "Did I wake you?" he tries to check on her mood "No, I was just uhmm, doing the homework, yeah, the homework" she can't find a good excuse but the guy just kept staring at her with eyes full of need "Can I come in?" but before she can even answer he went inside pushing Erza wrapping his arms around her and leaned in for a deep kiss. Erza tries to break free and pushed him away both panting heavily. "What the hell are you doing? Do you wanna die?" she said annoyed "Please don't say no, I can't take it anymore!" he begged "What the hell are you talking about?" she answered but the boy just grabbed her shoulders and kissed her roughly wrapping his arms around her. It didn't take long enough for her to reciprocate the heated kiss as he push her towards the bed, then Yuuta fell out of his bed with a loud thud waking from his dream at the sound of the alarm.
"What the hell Erza?!? What are you doing to me, messing up with my brain and heart!!!" He scolded himself as he stands up and prepare for the day "get yourself together" he growled grabbing his hair. Erza was awaken with a knock on her door and went to open the door half asleep. "Who is it?" She asked when the door is wide open, rubbing her eyes as she yawns and stretched her arms up.
"What's up?" She asked surprised "What are you doing here?" She added but Yuuta just stared at her remembering his dream Erza waved at his face "Hey, are you alright? Geez, your spacing out" she told the guy that snapped him back to reality when he realized that the red head was just in her underwear, he covered his mouth saying "you better get dressed" Erza was confused "what?" He looked away hiding the redness of his face "Go get dressed and cover yourself, it's already 8AM, what? Your not going to school?"
Erza's eyes grew wide in panic because she realized that she was almost naked and that she'll be late for school "school? No!" She slammed the door closed ran towards the bathroom and got ready. When she opened the door he was still there waiting. "Why are you still here? You should have gone to school, you'll be late too" she said before walking leaving him "Hey wait up, I will walk with you to school" he said panting as he ran after her. "Fine, suit yourself"
Everyone at school is avoiding the red head. Then she heard rumors about her being paid by a man for her services. They misunderstood, who ever spread the news thought that Urahara was paying her for something lewd. She face palmed when she realized what was going on. She didn't bother to explain to anyone, at least she will be left alone and can try to get close to her target. At the school cafeteria Erza sat on a table but just as she did the girls looked at her in annoyance and stood up and walked away.
She let out a deep sigh and started eating her meal alone when someone sat across her, she looked up thinking that it could be Yuuto but to her surprise it was Sōma. "Hi, I heard the news. I won't judge but you shouldn't do bad things." She said trying to comfort her. Erza opened her mouth to try and explain but she was cut off by the girl "You know I really wanted to do bad things to get even with my dad because I hate him but I didn't, so you don't have to do it, so what do say? Let's be Friends!!" She said with a warm smile as she stretched her hands for a shake. Erza got an idea and shook her hand vigorously while smiling. "Friends" she acknowledged and spent the whole day with her new friend thinking to herself "phase I mission accomplished, time for phase II" she said with an evil laugh.
