บท 15: Jealous of each other
Xiao Fei consciousness was entering the spatial ring given to her by the Dark Emperor. With her magical power, she transferred her past life body inside the secret room. After noting that Ling was still in her hibernate sleep to break through into the immortal beast level, her consciousness returned inside her body. Then with the soul transferred technique she left her past life body to enter her present life body.
Next by her side, the Dark Emperor had carefully laid down the beautiful body of his lover inside the ice coffin.
"I want to see Huang Ke!!". The daring request was asked with bravery by the Merman. The Merman was no longer scared of him, 'he' didn't even bother to address him with his honorific title 'The Dark Emperor'. Did 'he' forget that 'he' was no longer inside her beloved goddess body? He could hurt 'him' without restraint. Like a thunder, he said," How dare you!!! A mere Merman dared to talk to the Dark Emperor informally?!!!".
The room was icy cool with the sudden increase of his powerful inner energy.
Unwavering, the merman stared at him without fear. "You are not my emperor or master. Just a mere villain that is using my most beloved person body and soul as a hostage! This time, give me two days to spend with Huang Ke!"
How dare the Merman called him a villain?
Again, the room temperature dropped a threshold while the Dark Emperor hands were closing into powerful fists. But still, he is unable to hurt the Merman. Why?

Without the Merman, who would make her goddess body alive and warm by his side?

He knew that besides being a puppet inside the Dark Emperor woman's body, Xiao Fei had suffered deeply from the Dark Emperor tyrant ways. But Xiao Fei never told him what the Dark Emperor had made her do. That realization that 'she' hide something from him had hurt him deeply.
"Huang Ke! I am gonna advance to the Diamond Emperor level today! How about your cultivation?"
Even though Wang Tian Huang was locked inside a limitless dark chamber without any chance to escape, he had diligently cultivated his soul and progressed really well.
"I couldn't tell since in the past 97 years I had broken through the next level without enduring any tribulations but it seems that I had reached a bottleneck since the last time I met you!"
Xiao Fei was reaching his chest to test his magical level with her mental power but the trace of her power went so deep inside of his primordial magical core backbone without any restraint that she couldn't guess the level of his magical power. But she knew, it was higher than her level. Maybe together, they can combine power and beat the dark emperor.
Suddenly, she sweats profusely. It is time for her to advance...
Pushing Huang Ke gently with a nudge, she said softly," Huang Ke, I had to combine my soul and body into one power to advance completely to the highest level of the Diamond Emperor level! Please help to guard me, Huang Ke!"
Wang Tian Huang nodded in agreement with beautiful soft smile.

Wang Tian Huang was facing the regretful face of Xiao Fei and unable to hold his emotion, he was hugging his beloved treacherous lover tightly in the dark even though he was still unable to forget the feeling of jealousy that another man had claimed her love and soul, he sighed at a losing end. He loves Xiao Fei too much to blame her, but she needs to escape the Demon realms with or without him.
"Xiao Fei, I would forgive your betrayal if you promise me something or I would rather disappear from your side forever!".
Stunned by his ultimatum, Xiao Fei looking up at his overbearing face which reminded her so much of the Dark Emperor. "Huh?", dumbfounded she was looking at Huang Ke with deep concentration of trying to figure out of his somber expression.
"Leave this place with or without me! I know you have to come back to drink the gory medicine that you hate. I knew that your life depended on that horrid potion... So, please escape this Dark place! This place only has two hours of light in the morning and darkness for the rest of the day, this place is barren without colorful flower, no spring to shower, this is a definite prison! Don't worry, he would not kill me, but if you stay when I can't escape...., I would rather to shatter my soul and never Reincarnate again!".
"Nnnoooo, Huang Ke!!! We will beat him tomorrow and leave together! Huang Ke, I can't leave without the possibility of seeing you ever again!!!". She was hugging Huang Ke tightly while tears dropped on her cheeks like a river stream.

Looking up at Huang Ke beautiful countenance, Xiao Fei promised him with determination, " I-I P-Promise! But promise me! Don't die! If you ever die on me... I would follow you to the netherworld!".
Finally Wang Tian Huang was able to breath freely and smiled handsomely at his beloved lover while saying," Don't worry! My soul is belongs to you! If I ever die, my soul will follow you to protect you, so no need to follow me to the Netherland! I love you, Xiao Fei! I want you to love only me!"
Wang Tian Huang lowered down his head and claimed her taut sexy lips. He was biting her lips vigorously to forget her betrayal but a flash of the vision of her kissing the other man was too strong in his mind. She could feel the Dark Emperor existence lurking in the dark cave, leering at her unruly appearance, and staring at her in disgust. "How dare you betrayed me?!", he asked in an icy voice.
Not again. Why this has to happen to her? Three is too crowded!
Furrowing her brows, she said bravely," Huang Ke is my real lover! This body belongs to him only! How could I betray you when this body never belongs to you?!!"
Unable to answer her smart remark, the Dark Emperor was pulling her out from her slumber spot and in a jiffy, teleported them to his secret room.
"Get your soul inside of her now!!!". He pointed at his beloved goddess body with his neck gesture while crossing his hands in a humph. A sign that he was very upset inwardly.
Xiao Fei recognized that childish emotion of her past lover and using his emotion disturbance situation at the moment as an opportunity to beat him, she challenged him unwaveringly," I want a duel with you before I get in your beautiful lover body. I want you to give Huang Ke back to me and let us leave this dumb place now!".
"Heh! Diamond Emperor peak level and you dared to challenge me?! Be my guest! Beat me and I'll give your and your bent lover freedom!".
"Y-You...Y-You! We are not a bent lover! Stop mocking our pure love and let's fight!".
With a wave of the Dark Emperor's hand, instantly, they were inside a void space with only the moon as their witness.
Facing each other, Xiao Fei was pulling her lighting sword to attack the Dark Emperor furiously. At that moment, her anger was worse that the Dark Emperor emotion. How dare he mocked their beautiful love? Why did she ever loved him in her past life? He was the reason why she died on her past life. In this life, she will choose the right man.
Xiao Fei was swinging blindly and recklessly with her thunder light sword. She spent so much energy to burn without any results.

The Dark Emperor was never attacked her and arrogantly he would smiled once a while whenever she missed her target, followed by his haughty comment, "Ups... you are too weak, Merman!".
Xiao Fei had been sweating profusely nonstop in the last hour of the invasive duel only to herself.
After three days inside the void space and still unable to beat the Dark Emperor, she finally gave up by saying fiercely, " It's not over yet! I will challenge you next time!". Breathing hard through her nose she said the words with an embarrassing mode. The Dark Emperor still look fine without any sweat. How come he still look so alluringly attractive after running around from her lighting sword attacks in the three days duration? Life is so not fair.
Three days in the void space is equal to a day in the Demon Realm. But most of her energy was drained in the three days she was trying to beat the smug Dark Emperor!
In a jiffy, they were back to the secret room by the Dark Emperor teleporting magical power. If only she could teleport herself, maybe it will make a big difference in their duel results.
But in order to master a teleporting power, one's must reached the highest ninth level of earth and void essences.
And Xiao Fei power is of the fire and thunder essences, there is no way for her to master the ancient technique of teleportation.
She stared at the Dark Emperor with envy at his limitless power. The void power is the most powerful essences in the third realms. Any deities with the void essence could master any ancient techniques of array, armament, pill refiner, and teleportation.
Xiao Fei is still out of breath sitting in the corner of the room sprawled on the ground while she looked very messy and dirty. In contrast, the Dark Emperor corner lips curved mockingly while he stood leisurely by the wall in front of her, still looked dazzlingly alluring and neat.

Laughing evilly, the Dark Emperor mocked her, " You can't beat me because you're weak, Merman! Even if you're inside my 'Mei Shen' goddess body, you are still not worthy to be my contender!"
That being said without ceremony, he sent the merman back with a wave of his hand to the Dark water cave in order replenish her power by cultivation. Even though that he could do for the merman instantly and easily by infusing just a little bit of his power inside of 'him', but he was too mad and jealous of his past life's intimate relationship with the Merman. Humph, Let the Merman suffered for 'his' betrayal!
