At the Pillar of Chaos, the tallest mountain in the Entropy Realm. 

Thousands of the elite Chaos Immortals were having a heated meeting there and they were not there to admire the scenery of their most sacred mountain.

In fact, they had been here for the past 3 months and all negiotations had now failed. 

3 months to these immortals were only a short period of time actually. 

This meeting was hosted by the 12 main Chaos Clans to select the new Chaos Emperor Sovereign.

Among the 12 main Chaos Clan, they were represented by 8 peaked 9th realm immortals and 4 half-step True Divinities. 

Although there was the 12 main Chaos Clans to elect the new Chaos Emperor Sovereign but the choices were actually limited to the 4 main Chaos Clans with the half-step True Divinities. 

It was because the disparity between a peaked 9th realm immortal and a half-step 10th realm immortal was too vast.
