Jumping inside the house, Zale was met first with the gruesome scene that had befallen the Dominics.

His heart clenched at the sight and he fused his fingers into steely clamps in anger.

However, before he could make a move to save Pearl's mother and attack Amon, a punch was sent right into his face, pushing him against the wall.

"Worry about yourself, Pretty boy."

Not sparing him time to catch up, the leader who had jumped in after him lifted his sword for another attack.

While he got busy parrying the leader, the other man, Greg got up from the floor and joined in the fight.

From the corners of his eyes, he saw Pearl lift up from the ground and trip.

When he checked on her once more, he was shocked to see her stuck between the wall and her wicked attacker.

'Why isn't she using her powers?' Zale wondered within him.
