บท 95: The Next Move

"Ezra, I'm… I really want to let you know that I'll be stronger now." Scarlett says cupping his face, "I will always face any challenges that come our way together!"

"It's okay, everything is fine now." Ezra says. 

"No, it's not. You were attacked. I saw it in the news and even Robert told me. How you were drugged." Scarlett says resting her forehead onto his. "Thank God Robert brought you out safely."

"Is Robert okay?" Ezra asked, he absolutely had no idea how and when he collapsed or lost his consciousness. 

"He is resting in the guest room, I'm so grateful for him." Scarlett pulled back and looked at him, "you chose a very good man for the job."

A small smile formed on his lips, "you are damn right about it, both my maid and my assistant are amazing."

Scarlett frowned, "wait, who are you calling a maid?"

"The woman right in front of me?" Ezra knew that would irritate her.
