Liam had heard of the power-hungry females that hung at every word that came out of an unmated—sometimes newly mated—alpha's mouth.

He'd heard how they were willing to do anything to be given a shot at the title 'Luna'.

He'd even heard of alphas that stopped looking for their mates at some point and chose a strong enough she-wolf to be their mate.

Fortunately—or unfortunately—for the young alpha, he'd never thought much on this aspect of his life despite his mother's nagging and the constant buzz around school.

When he wasn't out causing mischief with Wyatt and some friends, Liam was being trained by his father to be the best alpha he could be for the pack—not that he'd managed to excel in that part.
