บท 553: Reunion

 A single man dressed in a black tuxedo custom-made to fit him better than anyone else in the world. He made everyone else the Luna had ever seen dressed similarly look like mere copycats.

His chiselled face and soft blue eyes called out to her like beacons, threatening to swallow her whole being in the depths of their mesmerizing pools of blue.

For a moment, he was all that mattered and everything made sense with him around. Like every missing piece in the Rogue Killer's long puzzle of life had snapped into place… and he'd been the missing piece.

Two years were a long time indeed. During this short time, which felt like an eternity, that the pair stared at each other, Katie found herself clearing details of his appearance that had faded from her mind.

The faint scent that called out to her was the same as well, reminding her of the deep forest… of the feeling of running through the trees with him and only him.
