บท 171: Be Shameless!

Regan couldn't believe that someone would cry worrying that they made him upset…when he was not even punishing them for this.

His own father did not care what he felt while sending him away to the battlefield.

Yet, here this girl would cry thinking that she made him upset. How could it be possible!

She was the purpose he had now for looking forward to every day.

"You can never make me upset."

He whispered gently as he caressed the corner of her eyes which were red now. His eyes were filled with distress as he looked at them.

Evelyn closed her eyes unconsciously and heard him whisper again

"Silly girl…"

She didn't know why but she felt something inside her stomach hearing his voice and feeling his touch. It was a very strange feeling…something she was feeling for the first time.

But before this sweet interaction could continue, a voice came from outside disrupting the atmosphere inside the room.

"Your Highness, what are you doing here?"
