บท 29: Asking for help

The black cat which was sitting on her other palm closed its eyes and pretended to not know the person. Such shamelessness. Such disgrace. This Lord would be blinded if he saw it any longer. 

When Asher saw the awkward position that Leona was in, he opened his mouth to smoothen it out, ''Actually…'' 

But he had just spoken a word when he saw the little guy raising his little hand and placing his palm on Leona's. 

He then raised his head to look at her.

Leona's smile turned brighter, ''Good boy,'' she then turned to look at Kate. 

Kate was speechless when she saw the 'See? That's how it's done' look on Leona's face. 

But what could she say at this moment? Initially, she thought that the kid was just introverted and did not want to interact with strangers but now it obviously seemed like the kid was bought over with a smile.
