บท 238: Punishment for the Traitor

Ava had an ominous feeling.

She silently spread her senses then she smirked.

So, that's how it is.

This time, she won't hesitate. Before anyone could approach her, Ava vanished from where she was standing. The sudden disappearance made the knight gasp. Ava appeared a few meters up, she squinted at the knight. Then she focused her attention on the direction where the others are located.

Different emotions hit her gut. Anger, lust, remorse, sadness, and guilt.

But this time, she had no way to even think about it. She focused used invisibility magick as she approached the knight. The man looked confused but it didn't take too long for him to start running away from where they were at.

Ava followed the man.

Not long after, the knight went down until he reached the forty-ninth floor. Then he went into a pub and sat with another knight.

"You lost her?" the other knight uttered.

"Yes."
