บท 84: Rafael’s maid (3)

Annalise pinched herself as she stood with Mavis outside Rafael's room. What did she do to be awarded easily walking into Rafael's room and not have to sneak into it? She almost hugged Mavis because of her excitement. Whatever good luck had fallen upon her, Annalise did not want it to go away.

Annalise inspected the large grey door with a frightening design on it. If she didn't know any better, she would assume that Rafael was not human.

"You need to be here before he wakes up," Mavis said, opening the door. "The curtains need to be pulled back to let in the sun. You need to be as quiet as possible not to disturb his sleep."

'This is certainly a knight's room,' Annalise said in her head as she took in the sight of different armor carefully placed on shelves and an array of swords hung on the wall.
